RESEARCHER and THOUGHT LEADER

-Act as an expert and thought leader in customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty measurement, customer feedback solutions, modeling and management
-Provide guidance on new customer loyalty management technologies
-Create and maintain strong "trusted advisor" relationships with prospects
-Educate client on market research capabilities, concepts, and tools
-Integrate industry sector knowledge with customer loyalty expertise

SALES


-Develop new client relationships and engagements
-Regular pursuit of multiple NEW projects with multiple clients at the same time

LEAD
-Coach associates and build teams at levels

SKILLS
-BA/BS degree from a highly-ranked university
-Quantitative and analytic skills
-Proven New Business development experience in the market research industry
-Strategy, marketing and customer experience
