Bring your CX subject matter expertise when advising with Senior Leaders at many global enterprises!

The ideal candidate will have: 15+ years of full service custom primary quantitative market research with an emphasis on (CX) customer experience, loyalty, satisfaction, voice-of-customer and customer journey mapping


- Lead the delivery of multiple CX engagements for domestic based clients
- Manage internal and external client relationships 
- Create and maintain strong “trusted advisor” relationships with clients
- Educate client staff on client capabilities, concepts, and tools 
- Integrate market research industry sector knowledge with customer loyalty expertise 
- Provide guidance on new customer loyalty management technologies 
- Responsible for the training, mentoring, development and overall performance of a team of 6 researchers.  
- Manage $5+ million revenue annually 
- Experience with SaaS based technology platforms integrated as part of client solutions   
- Collaborate with internal colleagues including within IT, Operations and other functions   
- Communicate in a professional manner with all internal and external employees and clients


-15+ years of full service custom primary market research with an emphasis on CX
- Extensive use of customer feedback for research and advisory   
-At least 5 years of training,mentoring and developing a team of researchers 
-Customer experience SaaS platform experience 
-Degree: BA, BS, MBA, Masters, or Ph.D. in marketing, strategy, organizational development, or similar field preferred

-Some client-side exposure along with many years of supplier side experience
