  • Interprets output of statistical analyses, including ANOVA, Penalty Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Response Surface and other Design of Experiments output
  • Write detailed and compelling research reports
  • Coaches other project managers in the conduct of their work

Responsibilities
 
  • Manages project operations for key client account groups
  • Consults with clients to identify research methods most suited to meeting business needs
  • Develops research project scope and approach
  • Generates and finalizes all project documentation
  • Interacts with internal departments and external field services to ensure timely delivery of results to client
  • Monitors studies in progress and implements changes if needed
  • Authors reports
  • Presents data to client in formal presentation
  • Supervises one or more project managers and mentors them in operational, technical and client service areas
  • Promotes business to existing clients, thereby generating ongoing business from those accounts
  • Travels (if required) for project, attendance at professional meetings, etc (approximately 1 day per month)
  • Monitors other project managers regarding human resource and vacation schedules
  • Updates Product Research Services VP weekly
  • Above applies to quantitative and qualitative project work

  • Generates analysis plan with statistician
  • Convey analysis plan to Information Services
  • Communicates requirements for analysis output to Production/Word Processing
