Our client is looking for a Sales Leader with 15+ years of exp. selling
market research solutions to Financial Services/Retail Banking firms.

a Polished, Professional, Presenter who is comfortable consulting at the C-Level

  • Define and implement overall Sales and account management strategy, goals, and activities that will drive growth and retention.
  • Implement improvement initiatives and standardize strategy to improve sales revenue by maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
  • Identify new client opportunities and relationship building.
  • Oversee the alignment of efforts of Sales and Account Management around the needs of the customer.
  • Stay well connected with the strategic customers and the market to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
  • Collaborate with functional department senior management on key commercial projects that are targeted for relevant sales market segment.
  • Refine and improve the entire continuum of the customer touch points from lead generation through to pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Track sales performance against objectives, inform on results, and strategize ways to improve performance.
  • Develop and manage a high performance team in support of strategic and growth initiative objectives.
  • Responsible and accountable for achieving net sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor trends and provide a view on the competitive landscape.
  • Senior-level (15+ years) experience in sales management roles with experience in driving and implementing revenue growth initiatives.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent track record of building and maintaining high performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the market research business and products.
  • Experience selling consulting and other professional services at senior levels.
  • Ability to solve problems in business sales procedures and practices to improve revenue generation.  Solves problems using in-depth sales and industry expertise.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs in a way that builds product capabilities and opportunities to gain competitive advantage.
  • Advanced influencing and negotiating skills required to gain buy-in from internal and external clients.
  • Advanced degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 15+ years of exp. selling market research solutions to Financial Services/Retail Banking firms.
  • Consultative Seller, help client solve business issues
  • A sales leader with at least 5 years of leading a team, performance mgmt. and sales coaching experience
