Manage consumer research projects in support of the development of products across the food, beverage, personal care, and/or household products categories.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Able to understand client research objectives and develop appropriate research plans.
  • Manage project logistics from start to finish.
    • Prepare study documents (questionnaires, protocols, etc.)
    • Interact with other departments to monitor progress and assure seamless study flow.
    • Interpret quantitative test results.
    • Draft summary reports and with the assistance from in-house statistical support team and Vice President, including business implications.
    • Interact with clients at key project touch points.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in Product research, consumer research and/or product sensory research.
  • Minimum BA/BS degree, with course work in Marketing Research, Psychology, Statistics, Sensory Science, or Marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to concurrently manage multiple projects, with attention to detail and under strict timelines.
  • Fully proficient in MS Office Applications.
