Lead Strategic Consultant, Customer Experience Research

- Lead the delivery of consulting projects with global and domestic clients
- Utilize our clients leading edge customer market research techniques, tools and solutions.
- Work on multiple projects in multiple industries at the same time.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

- Thought leader and subject matter expert on customer experience concepts and tools including especially customer journey mapping
- Create and maintain strong “trusted advisor” relationships with current clients. Develop new client relationships and engagements (help pursue sales including developing winning proposals)
- Develop new research and consulting techniques to address specific client needs
- Ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables

Qualifications

-
Required: exp. working within a Large Management Consulting firm
- Required: BA/BS degree from a top 50 university. Ideal: MBA, Masters, and / or Ph.D. in marketing, strategy, organizational development, or similar field from a top university 
- - Analytic, quantitative, Strategy, Research theory and practice
- 2 -  5 yrs significant and successful experience in a management consulting firm may serve as a substitute for graduate educational requirements.
