We are seeking an experienced software SALES executive with a proven track record of leading, building and selling to the AUTOMOTIVE industry. 

This is a
player/coach role that requires hands-on selling to show how it should be done, and building out a robust team of HUNTERs
to augment an existing FARMER team

Overall responsibility for the growth of business expanding existing accounts and landing net new customers.  

Must have great relationships with Economic Buyers and Key Influencers in our core domains:
  • CX (Customer Experience Management CEM) for Automotive and near Auto (e.g., Insurance, Fleet, Body Shop Repair, etc.)
  • VX (Vehicle Experience) which tends to be purchased by Product Quality, Product Manufacturing, R&D / Product Development and After-sales groups like Warranty Management
- Experience as a hands-on Sales Leader who knows the Global Automotive markets with proven quota achievement (concrete examples of quota and achievement)

- Proven ability to accurate forecast and deliver on plan

- Deep understanding of the CX and VX markets, who the competition is, strengths/weaknesses and recommendations on partners to increase “Sell with” and “Sell thru” activities

-SaaS Software sales – demonstrated expertise in selling SaaS software and wrap-around professional services (e.g., consulting and analytics).

- Exceptional working knowledge of the entire Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space including CX, VX, Feedback Management and Journey Mapping

- Inspirational leader; captivates, communicates, executes

- Prompt, efficient and attention to detail of all client interactions

- Exceptional written and presentation skills


- 5+ years in Automotive Software and Services Sales with demonstrated career progression and increased responsibility

- Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets

- Demonstrates mastery in individual and group presentations, including skills as effective moderator

- Travel; Position involves 40%-60% travel (both domestic and international) throughout the year to customers, prospects, partners and industry events
