Looking for a Proactive, Goal-Oriented, Analytic, Problem Solver


Responsible for supporting VP and Account Directors on both qualitative and quantitative market research projects, including coordinating pre-fieldwork logistics, fieldwork data collection and management, and post-fieldwork analysis and reporting of domestic and international projects.


Overall coordination of project:
Initial RFP, Client Contact/Liaison, Project Mgmt, Questionnaire Design, Costing, Data Analysis (SPSS), Report Writing, create PowerPoint with results and key findings.
-Assist in writing proposals as a result of RFP
-Organize field work: clients/vendor management, needs assessment, determine costs, dates, times.
-Observe and oversee field work: assure execution of work is timely and of highest quality
-Project logistics: site selection, city selection, provider coordination, schedule set-up and follow-up (Project organization)
-Note taking, data analysis (quant/qual), report writing:  Convert data to usable information.
-Assist presentation of final results to client
-May attend trade shows/conferences as requested to assure continuous networking with current and future clients
-Assist briefing and debriefing moderators on projects


-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SPSS preferred.  Must have strong PowerPoint skills.
-3 to 5 years of experience in custom quantitative and qualitative market research 
-Bachelor’s degree; prefer candidates with degrees in business, marketing, sales, graphic design, communications, market research, sociology, psychology, anthropology
